What a delete does, for each kind of data
- Tasks (sessions)
- Removed at once, with their transcripts, working folders, responses and outputs. Not undoable.
- API keys
- Stop working at once and are removed. Not undoable.
- Plugin credentials and stored tokens
- Unusable at once when you disconnect, sign out or delete them. Not undoable.
- Agents, responses, environments, arenas and uploaded files
- No longer usable at once, removed 30 days later. Until then they can be restored by emailing contact@harnessrouter.ai.
- Your account
- Kept 30 days so it can be restored, then everything in it is erased.
Backups
Removed data also leaves our backups: within 14 days for files and records, and within 90 days for stored credentials, which are encrypted and unreadable to the service from the moment they are deleted.
- Sessions and files: Deleting a task, and what goes with it.
- Harnesses: What deleting a configured agent keeps and what it removes at once.
- Upload files: Deleting an uploaded file, and what a task that names it gets afterwards.
Open standard
This page is the retention statement UHP asks every server to publish, since silence is not an answer, and deleting a task here makes its transcript and artifacts unreachable at once, as the data handling rules require. See data handling in UHP's Security chapter.
