What is Top-up?
Top-up adds prepaid usage balance to your Usage Wallet. Your apps spend from that balance when they run agent work for users.
Does a higher plan include cheaper production usage?
No. Current notes keep production usage on the same Usage Wallet model across plans. Higher plans should represent more platform capacity and control, not a hidden credit exchange rate.
