Current status
The public AGENTS.md lives at harnessrouter.ai/agents.md. It is a routing guide: the HarnessRouter Skill in github.com/HarnessRouter/plugins carries the integration itself, installed through the host's plugin manager or loaded as files.
Open standard
Alongside these Markdown entry points for coding agents, the Unified Harness Protocol publishes normative machine-readable definitions, OpenAPI 3.1 and JSON Schema files you can generate typed clients from, in its Schema chapter. See UHP's Schema chapter.
